I don't know if drx will risk playing an ascent against loud even though they know theirs is very good
no drx would rather ban breeze cuz loud ass on fracture and half decent on breeze
one of loud strongest map, no? plus they've been banning ice box for awhile, they haven't played the map since reykjavik if im not mistaken
i feel like drx has some stuff cooked up for icebox if they haven't played it in that long.
they lose to zeta and optic both on icebox i think they're getting uncomfortable playing it since that
i mean both of those games were very close. they also destroyed nip and zeta earlier on that map. they just got anti-stratted hard imo and because they haven't played it in a while, it should benefit drx if you know what i mean.

there are two major factors in the map/veto
1) pearl
2) whether drx chooses to ban ascent or not
these two things will completely change how the game plays out, could favor either team based on it
nah whoever bans first will need to ban pearl on their second ban because theres a risk of letting it go through
i think fracture and icebox unless drx ban icebox first then we might have ascent

The only thing that could change this is whether or not teams will take the risk of not banning Pearl immediatly
well PEARL is both DRX and Loud's permaban, ascent is DRX worst map out of fracture breeze haven
I think DRX will ban pearl and bind, if LOUD bans pearl then DRX ban bind and ascent
I get that but they haven’t played icebox in literally 5 months so honestly LOUD have the clear advantage there especially because they are a good icebox team so wouldn’t it make sense to ban Icebox instead of a map you know you’re good on

I’m fine with this besides the fact optic pick Ascent it doesn’t really make sense
i personally think Optic has a better chance on Ascent, as long as they don't choke like they did last time.
