If you are a NA pro would you rather

1. Aspire to dominate the valorant scene, be the best team in the world, practice your ass off everyday, play in the highest-tier tournaments and bring glory to your region

2. Stream because more money, less stress, can play whatever you want, don't need to worry about being clowned on in big games because you are not playing, can clown on pro players playing in big games while sitting at home doing your watch parties

Only reading the title and answering: i will stream

Depends what my situation in this hypothetical scenario. Rn i would rather stream for the money in order to get an education and take breaks whenever I want to pursue my dreams. Being a pro player doesnt entice me much especially since it leaves little to no free time due to the excessive practice and dedication. This means that I wouldnt be able to do many of the things that I love.

i'll do 1 for few years, try to win some trophies or reach top4 at internationals, then retire on a high note
with that fame, i'll start streaming after retirement and make some bank for 1/2 years till i get burnt out
will leave the esports scene entirely after that

1 in the beginning after two or three years move to number 2
