Him being so stagnant with the op on attack was why we sucked on attack in the first place. We would constantly rely on him working no the map and we would have to handle extremities solo, which resulted in tons of solo fights and easy rounds lost. Him and kicks were obviously the weaker links but in the recent games purpo has been consistently bad and kicks has really turned his performance around, not to mention the util usage. Having GSR in the team is firepower upgrade regardless and having more solid vet presence in kicks rather than just having 3 guys that can run around and shoot might bode well for us against the teams in our group, especially because we almost guaranteed lose to prx but then play g2 and tyloo, both strategic teams at their core, meaning our out of game will be more important than the ingame.
Even if this ends up being the wrong move in the short term, this is definitely a great change in my eyes and it should be in everyones
