Their choices IMO should be:

Nightz: Top choice for me, Does everything that G2 needs right now. Long term we might have some complications when/if the Double duelist meta is no more. But until then its fine. It'll be even better if nightz can learn basic 2nd initiators like kayo, Skye, Breach should they be usable again.

Sevire: This is a solid choice thinking both short and long term. Sevire is a decent player with good mechanics who can play every agent in the game that isn't a senti which isn't an issue since we have leaf. He's good on smokes, Initiator, and 2nd duelist. But his phoenix is kinda meh...

Lime: Same reasons as sevire, just more teams to outbid.

What are you talking about? Alfa would play second duelist in a double duelist comp or he would play viper/senti in a double controller senti comp just like Jonah did

Alfa has a decent 2nd duelist but theres just better options, especially if you want a long term superteam.

Alfa Can play an alright 2nd duelist but bro is a turkish senti, keep his ass ON SENTI. Plus, when duelists eventually become less relevant with how often riot decides to nerf shit, who's gonna play your 2nd initiator? Alfa can't do it and we're not making leaf play that shit again-

We are making leaf play it again, he looked very good on initiator when he was flexing. The problem was never his ability to flex to initiator. Also they don’t necessarily need to ever play double initiator.

More importantly, Alfajer plays much more than an alright duelist

I see that too. I will note this though. He played a pretty good harbor on breeze. He has potential in this way with his agents. G2 tends to be very util heavy, so that may be a problem initially.

You'd be a fool to take RieNs off of Recon So players like Illuri, UNFAKE, Musashi, Jamppi, Etc are off the table

You already have a good senti in Benjy so Senti IGL won't work.

Smoke IGL fits their roles perfectly, It's swapping shit for Shit in mechanics but Boaster as a caller is the GOAT, especially when he has a Good team around him.

talm bout sum "C9 zoriental" if you want to pick an NA GC player who is actually somewhat capable of being a primary duelist in tier 1 as a quirky pick flor (tier 1 proven) is right there. dodonut is right there. flor tiergaps dodonut who still tiergaps everyone else in that category including zoriental. i mean they're all good but like its such a weird name to pick out of the hat\

If I was serious:

Akita/Dodonut: Duelist <- Good players with most likely cheap buyouts, Idk gc contracts as well as I do Tier 2 or VCT but I doubt they're much higher? Correct me if Im wrong.
Bob: Flex <- I do really like this from them, bob's good, she's been good for years.
Flyuh/Paincakes: Recon(IGL) <- People say Flyuh had "too many chances" when this MF only had one. Let him prove that KOI was a one off
V1c: Smokes <- as long as he finds his form again I don't see any reason to drop him.
FireballOPS: Senti <- Only good player from the c9 rebuild I'll be so deadass.

idk i just genuinely do like your idea of a half gc team, i just think i'd take a flor/dodo if i was going duelist and also maybe a noia/melya as a senti instead or alongside in terms of other gc players who i can see a team that's shooting in the dark picking up

I do too, I follow GC and I think some players (Noia, Flor, MeL, Dodo, Akita, and Mimi just to name a few) are genuinely tier 1 if not High tier 2 level. Istg teams js don't want girls on their rosters and it pisses me off-

probably akita and mimi too as you said, im just really high on alternate attax in emea from what i've watched of them this year and those two in particular that i name, but the g2 gozen squad are so talented and experienced

It will be a huge decision for SEN of choosing between eeiu/crashies/verno, ultimately it will come down to who john prefers the most to help him with his calling. I also have a feeling they will either add an analyst or replace gunter with a better AC. Cortezia is 50/50 honestly it all comes down to whether he prefers staying in US or back to Brazil. I personally would love hiro to be given a shot for the senti role if cortez leaves.
