Like guys, are we seriously ignoring the fact that t3xture hit an insane shot? GenG wasn’t even abusing the bug, he was just trying to get a lucky timing. Also, to those who said the x-set thing, nobody like how it was handled either, and none of the xset guys asked for the replay. So is the GE guys, the match ended a week ago, the players don’t care about it anymore.

The problem is that riot is not taking any accountability of everything happened as the issue is with their game. Not a single apology or anything, just saying it was not intentional is not the solution.

I think the problem gets escalated by the fact GE were up 1-0 and it was an overtime round on Map 2. Though I agree with what you said.

FYI, they didn't even know the bug exist until some user reports it on twitter. It's also a game that just change it's game engine one year ago.
It's unfortunate that it happens to GE and GENG live on tournament. But RIOT already addressed that the bug is not-intentional and didn't majorly alter the course of the match.

12-13 with 13 for GENG disphit. You can even see in that round, there's some significant distance with the prowler and texture (the prowler going elbow). The boombot is just unfortunate, but you can see why it's understandable for texture to still hold inside the cage (the angle of the bot is not facing texture).
why does it matter which team had the matchpoint? geng being on 13 makes it a crucial round for GE as they have to win otherwise they lose the 2nd map? isnt that more devastating because if this happened while GE was on 13 they would still have a chance of winning

did u even watch the round carefully? their raze primary entry died so autumn the secondary duelist (yoru) had to brute force with a flash and got killed by t3xture. and as the rest of GE try to trade omen one way comes up as they walk onto short and they get killed. the first kill literally led to GE pushing out of desperation because getting an op off an angle is hard without raze or their primary duelist

The [OP](#4) didn't object at all about it being intentional but only asked for accountability (from RIOT) to at least some extent like a simple apology along with a solution (for similar future incidents) unlike others asking for the rounds to be replayed.

I mean even as a GE fan, I think this is the better course of action. Sure the bug should have been known and it should have been replayed at that time itself but now that it's done better to accept it and move on. GenG won the game fair in map 3 regardless and it's not their fault the bug was unknown. Unfortunate but replay now is just unfair to both the parties.
