Demon1 (could keep him) -> Ion (When he's 18)
Sub - Keznit -> Nightz (when he's 18)
Sub - Eggster (if they utilised him properly) -> Canezerra (when he's 18 also when his ban is finished)

rossy is a good player just dont let him igl
he is a bad igl and has never played under a good coach in his life
bros coaching pipeline has been autumn to immi to itopata to stunner
never played under a good coach and he will never develop into a good igl
I dont hate this but the eggsterr move wouldnt have worked because at least as far as i know it wasnt that ENVY dropped eggsterr but that he wanted to go back to content creation so they wouldve needed someone else (Rossy but P0PPIN IGL). I may be wrong though yall probably know more than me.
i mean cane would have been able to play by the time eggsterr retired had he not been banned
yeah eggsterr didn't like pro play, but mind you he already played "professionally" since 2024 with rankers, sure this is a whole different environment, but we can't ignore the fact that the whole team changed + style of play also COMPLETELY changed + new players and his coach pressuring him to play differently and 1st time new agents in tier 1 is ridiculous. of course he wanted to go back to content creation.
The issues ENVY have are fixable.
Their split looked like they were trying to anti-strat and it didn't work out. Rossy wasn't playing a traditional Viper because of the LEV Neon + Fade combo at A they run that has found a lot of success defeating a lurking Viper. They put Demon1 there as cypher to try to watch their flank and combat any sort of slide push, while providing security for any sort of rotation hits in the mid/late round.
Glyph was a big anomaly in that game. He's traditionally not a Skye main and there were a couple of rounds that were questionable about his positioning away from the team. For example, first round on Split, they setup Keznit at window with a smoke, Rossy was in site away from his wall as Viper, Nightz and Demon1 are in site with no way to fight against a retake flood outside of angle management. Glyph is trying to play flank with the only utility the team has against a flood. Nightz has a directional flash but if you're stuck back site, you don't have a good position to use it and get value.
If you rearrange those player positions, Glyph being in site with his team, Rossy managing his wall on the flank, instantly you get a flash for window to help Keznit's push. And you get a flash for retake. Both of these give Envy a better shot at winning the round.
This is not to put any sort of blame on Glyph but to highlight that the issues are fixable. If they can start with their fundamentals around execs then I think they have a really good chance against a floundering KRU. And NRG might not take them seriously going into their last game. Envy just need to have a bunch of team discussions around their approach to basic attack/defense. Apply that basic approach and hope it matches well against KRU and NRG.
