They did win kickoff and qualified for Madrid but they bombed out of the tournament and after that it just went downhill with KC only winning a total 4 games throughout stage 1 and 2

Engh, Magnum not being that great of an igl, and the meta not fitting them (back then breach/kayo was still meta)
Its takes time for good players to develop into amazing players hope that helps
bad IGL. they had a lot of weird comps that were easy to counter against good teams + overall just got anti strated more sadly
