Many pro players give advice to not even think about going pro unless ATLEAST you start reaching radiant regularly..... You can always grind through premier if you want.
Even though I am a lower rank than you, I would probably first try to reach Radiant because there are no Tier 2 pro players and up that cannot reach Radiant consistently. But yeah, you can look for premier teams on Discord or Reddit servers in your region. If you want to jump to tier 2, you would probably have to reach the top 50 on the leaderboard for consideration. but eitherways, gl.

little advice here.
If u have some connections to pro players / coaches / former players, you can start practicing team games by playing scrims, premier.
But if u don't have, you have to reach radiant before doing the team things.
Build a premier team, or join one. If you go to uni, see if they have a team. The experience you gain from playing in a team environment is invaluable.
