Why is everyone putting EGD so high

tittle, I've seen a lot of post saying EDG will get top 4 or higher and I don't get it. were they playing perfect valorant on stage 1 ? I don't watch CN so a little explanation would be good

i doubt they’ll win but i think they’re ready to be contenders again

theyve really good and cleaned up a lot of their mistakes since stage 1
regarding masters, since they already get a by to the playoffs, seeing them win a game or two is not unlikely. hence top 6 top 4 is not really that far fetched

best form among chinese teams + 6 weeks of prep time (crazy) + hopium + experience

pretty much what #6 says but betting on china is a coin toss that usually ends in the worst way possible, still you gotta judge them on current form and they're looking solid
