i feel like this isn't a very crazy thing to say, most people would confidently say nrg is a stronger team than lev (especially post neon nerfs) so if ge can't beat the worst team from amer at the event then they don't deserve to make playoffs
you could say this about any team in any position at a tournament anyways, it just so happens that ge plays lev round 1

He’s not really wrong, lev is kind of the benchmark team at playoffs honestly. Like if you’re better than them, you have a decent shot at winning the event, and if you’re worse, you probably don’t deserve to be in playoffs unless you’re the China 1 seed
