keep izzy, he's inconsistent but has high peaks. he's a god with the operator.
favian is allegedly a troublemaker, might improve the team atmosphere. izzy and spear have played together before too.

favian is a big baby that tilts way too easily, and his performance is way too variable, and ef fumbled s0pp just because of him, wouldnt shock me if vlad left because of him aswell
