there are core mechanics of certain game types that kill balancing, and base movement speed is one of those
the only way that a tactical first person shooter's movement is balanced is if it is uniform.
Again, i am speaking about base movement speed - not aerial movement with abilities like Jett or Raze.
Neon breaks the standard gameplay loop of valorant simply by having the ability to move ~1.25? times faster than the base movement speed. regardless of the bunnyhopping speed (which by the way, is not really a "skill to learn", it is literally just loosely timing the jumps to chain together), the base ability to increase movement speed at the click of a button throws off all timings within the game.
Yeah you can "aim at her" and its not particularly difficult, but I still argue that the issue is not an aim-counterability issue but rather a timings issue within the game. She has a constantly available ability to reach locations faster than any other character in the game. Every other agent with an ability that helps reach locations faster has a cost of no longer being able to use that utility during the round.

so lets nerf the fuel instead of nerfing what makes neon fun, so players keep the high skill ceiling movement fantasy of neon while making it effectively unfeasible to constantly get better timings

the only time a bhop with knife out is equivalent is if you're stimmed

After testing her she isn't that bad, she is still going to be used in the current map pool but she isn't going be as used as frequently (in some maps waylay/jett are going to be the first option), the problem or the issue is going to be when the sentinels buff patch gets in the game, if they overtune some sentinels then Neon is going to die.
