I think this roster would genuinely give KC the best bang for their buck.

You get one of the best duelists in tier 2
an amazing IGL
Avez on a role that works for him while still being able to flex off sometimes
Suygetsu back on smokes
Dos9 Is also there
and you drop engh for a slight upgrade in coaching (Albeit not by much, but its SOMETHING)

Redgar is genuinely looking like one of the better IGLs in tier 2. MIR is constantly solid and their calls are great.

Razziss is just amazing, I don't think there a single weak agent for him

Dos9 Already proved he can play Duelist as well as smokes, so put him on flex

Avez is a great senti player he proved that on NASR

Suygetsu is the only real question mark here, But I doubt he'd do too badly.

You get one of the best duelists in tier 2
A great IGL in redgar (who beat EP btw)
Avez on senti
Suygetsu back on smokes
Dos9 is a solid duelist flex, Have him play viper/domes with double duelist as well. Avez can also flex to 2nd duelist for maps where Dos9 and Suygetsu need to play smokes

Comps like:
Razziss: Neon
Avez: Phoenix/Raze
Redgar: Fade/Sova
Suygetsu: Viper
Dos9: Omen

Or if avez is on senti

Razziss: Neon
Avez: Chamber/Cypher
Redgar: Fade/Sova
Suygetsu: Omen
Dos9: Phoenix/Raze (or viper if you still want double smokes)

Avez is genuinely a decent senti player. I think his senti would be better than his smokes.
Also, if you keep Suygetsu on senti, Avez smokes, What does dos9 do? The role he'd flex to is smokes.

I feel Avez on senti makes the roles better all around. Dos9 perma double duelist would work, but I think being able to flex to viper would be better. Especially since Avez's viper is pretty mid-

Odd role for Avez (Who's good enough where it shouldn't matter too much. Especially since he played a lot of senti in tier 2) in exchange for the whole roster looking competitive.

the underlying question is why would you keep avez in the first place. I like him and I genuinely believe that he is gifted mechanically but I think (and I have quite some tape to back it up) that his comms have been really bad for over a year and I don't think he's the smartest guy out there in general, I'd much rather have a Lime or a Sevire instead of him (and they basically play the exact same roles).
I wish the best for Avez and I just don't think KC fits that

aNguiSt is mid and hasn't done shit since 2024, the best sentis in T2 atm are Spear Rexx sunfloweR but none of them are available.
Just keep Dos9 on smokes and Suy on senti or the opposite (Dos9 has been good on senti in the past so either work) and replace Avez with a real flex. Personally I'd go for smth like:
-Enghh -Ze1sh +Yaba + Bromas/Strong

-Lewn -Avez -n4rrate

+GlobeX +Lime/Sevire +Ticey/Buld

Dos9 (smokes/senti)
Suygetsu (smokes/senti)
GlobeX (duelist)

I watched neveRs stream today and apparently they've played like 4 scrims since creation of zombie mix. he was duo-ing with sunflower and kept saying that he'll try to find a stand in for himself, though in joking manner I presume he doesn't want to play anymore

i think the main issue right now for kc is lack of igl (if i remember avez is igling right?), lewn's poor agent pool and awful roles. individually as players n4rrate, suygetsu and dos9 are still very solid. avez and lewn are very debatable so i dont mind replacing them. just get a good tier 2 duelist and igl from the same team preferrably, maybe overhaul the coaching staff, and i think the team will perform a lot better.

I'd drop avez too if I had the chance, drop him, put Dos9 on senti, Suygetsu on smokes, Sevire flex, Redgar Scan IGL.

to be honest he's being held back by this roster. he was good in 2024, good in 2025, put on duelist in 2026 and now he's on a dysfunctional team. i dont see why you shouldnt give him another chance here. his stats arent even that bad, he's comparable to dos9 who i also think is being significantly held back.

Keeping narr4te on scans is not worth it when you're talking about two of the last decent IGLS left in emea.

If you wanted to keep him, you're either telling your leader who is experienced on scans to play flex or you're telling the guy who can only play fade to flex. Either way one of those players is gonna be worse. I'd much rather have Someone like redgar who can actually lead the roster than a tilter like narr4te.

Redgar's english is actually pretty good, even if not the roster I had in mind allows for everyone to speak russian. (Except avez but that man's replaceable, I'd want reblyik over him anyways)

Suygetsu is from russia
Redgar is from russia
Dos9 is from Kazakhstan, I believe kazakh and Russian are like spanish and portuguese, if you know one speaking the other is EZ
Razziss is russian
Avez doesn't comm anyways (again, Reblyik would be here instead tho in my dream roster. Who's Ukrainian.)

But Redgar speaks good english anyways, I think with some extra lessons and patience he'd have a similar english fluency to saadhak.

i agree with your scepticism to be honest, but im also of the opinion that players can reinvent themselves even after an unsuccessful stint in t1. he also brings lots of experience, so I would probably see how he does for the rest of the year and see if he can continue this success as t1 is obviously a lot harder than t2 to succeed in.
