Is it over for Cane? Like from my understanding he has ZERO access to val for a year, no alts or anything, by the time he's unbanned he will be way to washed for tier 1, and will likely barely be able to hold his own in tier 2, am I wrong?

hardware ban doesn't mean you physically cant play the game anymore
its a soft power move by riot to cut him off from streaming/building toxic community

Its a hardware ban so he has to buy a whole new pc, and if he tries to keep playing on alts and gets caught that temp ban is getting upgraded to a perma. So might not wanna risk it.
