No, I'm saying I don't expect them to be the best here, but with wo0t later on I think they'd be a real contender.

  1. Karmine Corp - Biased pick, I want my french kings to be on top after 2023.
  2. Sentinels - They were dominant in Americas Kickoff, and look to be very solid going into Madrid.
  3. GenG - Similar to Sentinels, players look somewhat good right now. t3xture and Karon looked good in GFs, if they play on that level again, high chance to make it in.
  4. LOUD - Chadhaak, plus they did mostly well against SEN, though Lotus and Split evidently might need some work.

(Each team here can be interswapped)
5-7. Team Heretics - Looked solid, don't know for certain, but I'm relatively sure that no wo0t attending so performance may not be as good.
5-7. EDG - Just want Kangkang to have a good showing, probably a biased pick.
5-7. PRX - Did not look the best against GenG, not sure if they'd do well or not.

  1. FPX - Just don't think they can match with the competition here, though would be excited to see them go on a magic run.

Merry Christmas.

Hope you all are doing well! I just watched my pickems go down the drain!!!! (GE decides to lock in to singlehandedly decimate my pickems)

That said, have funny holiday and don’t play valorant, it will ruin whatever familial relationships you have and your festive spirit will decide to die the second you queue into a ranked game.

Yeah basically lmao. Idk about RRQ and GENG. Rrq looks good, but at the same time they have their own choke moments. Geng have some things to be fixed, but I can see them beating GE pretty easily. DRX might unironically lose to them (I’m mega copingn at them dropping Rb and Zest).

I don’t think you can be too confident in that opinion yet since (according to spin at least) Benkai is the most disciplined player on the team and is there to help keep GE from overheating. Will GE decimate everyone in APAC? Probably not, but they’ll maybe get at least into mid to low top in apac if they’ve got Benkai, but the stronger APAC teams will definitely not lose to them.

My dreams told me that they will be good, trust me bro. 🙏

Also, while I was joking, you do have a slight point. Yes, I have no evidence of them being good, but there is also no direct evidence of being shit, I'm just predicting that qck on LOUD won't be a bad pick. That is how opinions work. I don't claim that this is an objective fact, but it just looks to me that LOUD will be good this year with qck.

LOUD aren't saying they're going to win it all? They're giving objective performances on qck, which is just that he's good. This is just to disprove the claim that everyone was calling him shit and a complete downgrade. Is he a downgrade from aspas? Yes, but is he completely shit? No, and the team believe that to be the case, so believe what you want to believe I guess.

Also it's TH. This is LOUD. One lost to tier 2 team in RBHG, and the other beat FNC. 😭

Maybe, let's hope it isn't 2023 NRG moment. Demon1 is good

Real actually lmao, qck is a hella different change from aspas, and honestly not one that I'm anticipating to be a good one, but I'm on that LOUD hopium at the moment and hoping that they aren't capping when they say that qck is feeling it in scrims (Certified SEN scrimmer moment?), but hopefully qck can fit in the team well enough to perform.

Nah it would definitely affect LOUD, but according to LOUD's team, they're doing decent in scrims, so I assume they won't change their playstyle? That might be up for grabs honestly, since they are definitely likely to use a more flexible style since qck can flex a lot more and isn't aspas levels of carry.

FURIA look clean now, havoc and mwzera (hoping he doesn't get a severe glow down) did pretty good and I never heard of Liazzi but they're also surprisingly clean. kon4n and Khalil are both pretty good on their own too, and yeah they did get 3-0 by LEV, but they didn't get flat-out stomped. Also they 2-0'd C9 - Yeah C9 look sorta mid this year, but remember that they put up a strong fight against FNC.

LOUD look demonic right now, loss of aspas doesn't seem to affect them much since recent tweets show that qck might actually be kinda insane in scrims (If I remember correctly, they were planning on having him be more of a flex player to get an overall more old FPX-style where all the players were generally flexible, but rumors of qck stomping in pracs might make them reconsider that). Less is Less, can't really say much else, he's definitely top 3 sentinel in the world, maybe even number 1 (competition between him and Alfajer in terms of raw firepower there). Saadhak, tuyz, and cauanzin are - as shown last season - insane in their own rights, so we might have another LOUD year.

LEV are just fire. Aspas and kiNgg are both goated (kiNgg gigachad runs into viper ult in site and wins that duel), Nozwer and Mazino are generally good players and tex carries a lot of firepower with him as well. New comms might be a bit new, but considering that they were looking pretty fluid and dominated Superdome, they could be the next LOUD in the making. (I am hoping that my boy kiNgg gets a Masters at least, watching him is so hype.) I just hope that we don't get the tex split performance again (3 first deaths defense was a bit troll, but he clutched up anyways)

Uh, MIBR and KRU. . . let's not talk about them. . .

Anyways FUR, LEV, and LOUD look clean for sure. Hoping that they get into masters and we get to see what they got. (I am sliding a bit of hope for FNC and Bleed because of yay hopium and alfajer/leo simping)

Masters Shanghai, final two teams are on the field, 100 Thieves Gaming and MIBR, MIBR are on a thirty win streak ever since losing to a random tier 2 team and 100 thieves are on the greatest run of their lives. It’s the last map, 2-2, 12-13 overtime in MIBR’s favor, and it’s a 1v4 clutch for frz. The ceiling breaks, and out of the sky falls Whzy with a judge who satchels towards the 100T section, hitting a nasty double tap and taking out Asuna and bang before being traded by security guard.

1v2, frz one taps Cryocells and snaps his wrist in the process, and then yay comes in, kicks him out of the chair and takes over, before one tapping the last member and winning it all for Mibr!!!!
