Gob b is the best IGL EMEA I'm not even capping it's unbelievable what he did with the squad and how he managed to make Twisten and kaspe such good players even with their young age!

Okay you can take Redgar, as hes been calling very good even on LAN's, and bonecold also did a great job last months, but i think Jamppi isnt that good, Liquid just has an insane amount of individual skill and without wanting to be offensive towards Kolda, I mean he left Acend and they started playing better, so idk...
Also forgot to mention Boaster, hes t1 igl-based too

They started playing better cause they lacked firepower and zeek brought it to the table + Kolda aim (and firepower) were much worse back then.

It's nice that gob b and BIG are qualified tho, definitely deserved. But I think we need to wait to the big events to start to see which one deserve the recognition

aslan is the weakest link (if he playing jett role), like deffo in gambit
can't carry the game like the usual jett (cned, yay, asuna, etc)

Bro u dont have to carry as jett, if u play as team.
Big is so strong because they play as team.
U can die as jett, if ur team trades u and u get a lot of space through her ability. And u still did a great job. Space and information is a lot more than u think.

I have to agree with him though, AslaN played a good tournament on Jett as well but twistens peak potential is higher on Jett. Aslan sometimes is crazy with OP, sometimes has slow reactions though

I mention site control and allowing pushes and you mention Jett???
Plus, you mention other Jett's in other teams where playstyle resolves around other people on team allowing them to entry and pickup "easier" kills which is a playstyle that BIG don't utilize nearly as teams you previously mentioned.

Also, deffo Jett and, let's say, cned Jett are still 2 different playstyles.

Besides, how tf do you mention Jett when I talked about site control... This game is bigger than stats, so pay more attention to utility usage, positioning, kill trading etc. prior to pushes when analyzing players like Aslan.

The point is that he played an amazing closed qualifier.
Had really strong games as duellist and controller, what is really difficult.
Its a fucking team game, so its just dump to say that one of these player were weaker.
Everyone did the best in his role. Everyone worked his ass of for this, while other players playing ranked.
Its just disrespectful.

Its a kind of funny. Gob b said in an interview that they had a lot of trials. And a lot of them doubted them, were very disrespectful to gob, or didnt listen to him and his calls. Some of these player are apparently benched or have to fight in the open qualifier now. So who laughs last, laughs best

I would bet my ass, that gob b is a top 3 igl in the world.
Hiko and shazam are streaming for hours while gob use every second of his life to get better in valorant.
gob b would rather spend an hour practicing lineups, discussing tactics, and a lot more just than playing ranked.

I watched a lot of interviews. I watched nearby every big game in 2021. I've seen Big improve from game to game.
If gob b was streaming he was watching vod reviews with the viewer. Where everyone recognized how smart he is.
There is a reason why this man studied successfully mechanical engineering beside esport.
