NRG could be undefeated with zero maps lost, picking PRX as your first game is so dumb
Low-key though - they made PRX look VERY beatable. If they won some pistols that’s a different series.

people treat pistols like they don't matter even though pistol defines 1/4th of the half (pistol-antieco-bonus)
I think people are treating them the opposite, they are saying it’s so important that just flipping a pistol or two could change the game
then we probably should treat it as "instead of looking at pistols, we should look at the clutches. something had 3 1v2s that he won which could be easily avoided"
the bane of furia's existence were 2v1 situations with something left alive.
he was left in 1v2s 4 times and won 3 of them...
i mean yeah those too. you act like it has to be only one type of round they can lose a lot? both are equally as important and impacted the game heavily, i would argue the something 1v2s were less impactful even

Its not about the level of the teams, its more about playstyle, FURIA plays in Americas and has plenty of info on NRG at Masters. But they chose to play against the W gaming as their first game a now they are in lower bracket. I dont get it
nrg’s playstyle would demolish furia ngl they play way more fundamentally sound than paper rex
imo, FURIA are more used to Americas playstyle + antistrat

the MAIN reason furia lost is because of pistols btw, if furia won that last split pistol they would've probably won the series

Why would they pick Nrg regional even if they won they will get hate, like they are coward and lose so much for choosing Nrg than losing against prx.
