to help visa issues

VCTA-Sao Paulo (alr had Lock in and Ascension there so riot is alr set up, and no issue for latam an br players while also boosting the only relevant t2 scene in the region)
VCTE-Istanbul (alr had Champs 22 there so should be easy for riot to set up, and players have complained alot about berlin so give them nice city with good food people etc)
VCTP-New Delhi (untapped region of pacific, allows for more people from that country and the players of PAC can enjoy quality living in the city)
VCTC-Taipei City (Shanghai is decent but if I had to change then Taipei would be great)

pacific emea and china have almost no visa issues no?

vct cn is basically on a china tour so i dont really have an opinion for a new location while they are able to sell out arenas in several cities
pacific being in bangkok/singapore would work
moving emea to another schengen country with a large fanbase would be huge but i dont think either paris or madrid are viable currently

cn is… interesting. riot considers taiwan apac via t2 (as well as, yk, the 1 china policy), and a lot of the prc players would prob get denied visas (if they exist between prc and roc) cuz of politics
apac is a shit change. why go to india in your free time, plus theres no infrastructure yet, plus visas are fine, plus they have multiple korean teams, plus seoul is a good city, plus they have lots of korean/nearby fans… do i need to continue?

Players always get their visas in time and overall the feedback has been nothing but positive from the players regarding everything in Pacific. Same could be said for EMEA except some Turkish and Russian players might find it difficult to get their visas in time, but it's a rare case and as you can see, all the Turkish players in EMEA were able to get visas. I still feel bad for chiwa though.

Americas on the other hand, has to be relocated no matter what. Either that or split VCT Americas into VCT NA and VCT SA cuz holy shit we've had two full rosters not make it to Kickoff from South America in two years. It's gotten so bad that South American teams like MIBR, LEV, FURIA are signing NA talent instead lmao
