Nothing to do with "genetics". Women still aren't incentivized to play video games as much, while men play games since they're like 10, and that gives them more time to develop their skill. If both men and women had the same incentives in childhood, their brains would adapt in the same way, and I even believe women could be better aimers than men. It's about culture. So basically: patriarchy is your answer.

i believe the only genetic difference that could affect esports is that men have found to be more competitive than women, especially in their 20’s, because men’s brains fully develop later in life than women, which can lead to increased immaturity in men, which competitiveness is a biproduct of. Then again, competitiveness can only have a small influence and for sure isn’t the only reason.

because men start playing video games at a young age and make up the larger share of the gaming world, women generally start later and suffer from sexism that discourages their interest
culture, due to sheer amount of male valorant players even high t3 - low t2 is filled with extremely skilled players, whereas the standard for play in GC is usually much lower even at deeper stages in the tournament due to the lower player count which makes it harder for top teams to consistently improve. But I do find it weird that teams like shopify arent atleast decent in challengers since they seemingly have solid players and should have had more then enough experience by now
cause when you start something sooner you play agaist better players longer. if we wanna look at the stats flor was a top 3 player in emea kickoff and then was better than alot of other in stage 1. the best game changers players given time would be top 20 in a region but thats the problem is teams down want to invest to develop a player long term cause everything is so close together.

the simple explanation is that men are genetically superior just like in regular sports
i think its mostly volume. theres 10x or more men than women on val, so you will get 10x more men at the top level just from that stat alone
another thing is just the culture around video games. men on average will spend a lot more time on gaming than women because its a primarily male hobby (at least culturally/stereotypically). this not only will make them better at val on average, but they also will have a higher collection of games and skills than the average woman.
thats not only interest but also the misogyny that exists in val. a lot of people (mostly europe that ive seen) will either throw their games cuz their teammate is female or lose their brains and go aggro while playing to impress her. whether valorant tries to make it one or not, games in general are not a particularly safe space for women, and a lot of women will not play enough to get to the top level because of this.
i think there is a slight genetic difference between men and women in that men’s reaction time is slightly faster, but this may even be attributed to them playing more games/sports on average
there are even women who are at the top level. v1/gx sarah i remember was top 10 radiant at some point, and flor (no there is no debating here, get lost) was pretty good on apeks. also a lot of the other good gc players would fit in on some good teams in tier one

wrong. the reason there's way more men is because women know they're mechanically inferior so they don't even bother
mel has been scouted by t1 teams, but the culture behind the male players made them not want to play with a girl bc their ego was too fragile and they thought they would be seen as bad
its a combo of culture, volume/visibility, and just general video game culture (men encouraged play the games, not women)

well its mostly abt interest in gaming females mostly play games quite late in comparison to males who started playing much earlier
but now post 2010 mostly every household has either a ps, xbox ,nitendo so it now depends on the user preference to play games so we might see more women participation
Give it a few more years and it would happen, A good example is the best Pvper in Minecraft is a female.
