Made one of these before, same "rules".
I'm thinking of these as I write, I'll edit or reply (or make a new post evidently) with more ideas when I get bored again. I'd love to see your guys' ideas as well.
Most of these probably would never happen, if they were to it wouldn't be this year.
I tried to keep them somewhat realistic and give some good reasoning, but they're mostly for fun and purely hypothetical so please don't kill me.
bold means the start of a new roster and explanation.
Tier 2 Apac roster.
Damaraa Duelist
Benkai IGL/Flex
Mindfreak Smokes
Madelyn Scan Initiator
Sushiboys Sentinel
Damaraa and Madelyn played for velocity alongside the 2 indian kings and Russ, They looked promising and with Benkai and Sushiboys making a kind of Motiv Calling style I think they could do some magic. Mindfreak also Reunites with Benkai, someone he's had experience playing with since PRX had a CS:GO team. (For those that don't know, the OG PRX roster was actually just an APAC CS roster that fully made the switch.) Plus, Mindfreak isn't bad on his own either, this roster definitely has the means to make it to tier 1. How good they do I'm not sure. I feel Benkai would pull an Ange1 and become HC eventually just considering how long he's been at it, but until then these guys Farm tier 2.

I'm genuinely appalled that Vic/Marved haven't been signed anywhere yet. They're amazing players I still believe Marved is the best NA smokes player we've seen. This team puts Victor back together with Marved. Flyuh as igl who I think is good enough to lead this team. Sonofcar (who I will refer to as Car) is in my opinion a pretty promising tier 2 duelist player who's currently hopping between teams, but notably played for Nightblood in early 2024 iirc. Marved/Victor bring large amounts of experience playing with the some of the best players in NA so they'd be able to help flyuh with calling as well. I don't think moose is a bad option for senti, he has some experience playing with Flyuh in tier 2 as well as Car. Flyuh knows how to call around Car and Moose's playstyles while vic and marved can do their thing as well. This roster could be better, but I wanted to challenge myself to try to build a core that is less known rather than ones that have already proven to be amazing. (aside from Vic and Marved.)

It's hard to find Replacements for players like Ion and Cane, But I don't think these guys are bad.
Keznit/rossy is already confirmed, I don't think that's the best call though. I think a player like Bdog fits nicely, He's experienced while also being able to help with envy's Aggressive playstyle. He can play duelist and smokes, which lets Envy always have double duelist (Either Keznit/Eggster OR Bdog/Eggster). Keznit can flex and Bdog is on OP duelist or Bdog can play smokes and Keznit can play Raze or another duelist. They can also do Keznit flex and Bdog smokes for Yoru only maps.
