nice rebuild btw
edit: i wish I could do my job the same easy way as so-called «specialists and professionals brought in to rebuild the roster»
this rebuild could've been done in like a hour or two with a couple of beers in hand, without any proper implementations in culture or system, without any actual adjustment to previous roster and improving the base, which could've been something more if they just fixed the mistakes they had
but instead they have a ««rebuild»» based on throwing money in the monitor and purely on hype nicknames/previous achievements, including the one when valorant was an entirely different game and not this intensely competitive
good luck beating LEV, Mibr, G2 and NRG

I think this rebuild is actually looking pretty fresh. Yeah, they could have just thrown a bunch of money at big names and maybe end up with a better team than they have now, but they decided to take a risk and continue to develop talent within the organization. It's definitely harder as a fan to watch this version of Sentinels, but I think that it has the potential to pay off big in the end. I also like that they didn't completely scrap the old roster and kept John and N4RRATE, as it will help with the implementation into culture. Same thing with the two that they brought up from the academy team. Hopefully it all works out because it would be a healthy thing for the esport if Sen can successfully develop tier 2 talent. It would motivate players that have been in the tier 2 scene to keep going and inspire new players too.

I like what SEN did
SEN didn't go the same way as 100T bringing loud names all around, especially coaching staff, which makes the rebuild more creative and thoughtful
100T went with the way of minimizing risks praying that names will get them there eventually
