if the "splash grenade" is like a mini ult that he can throw for a delayed stun if an enemy is there I'll be disappointed cuz his whole identity is about obscuring positions not scouting them out

no I was thinking like a waylay orb, except it only "pops" if there's an enemy in it

Or it could be delayed slow where anyone walking into it floods the floor with water and are slowed. Similar to sage slow but works on activation by enemies

No there is a high chance its ability C (Cascade) because it literally say abilC and abilX which could potentially mean change in ability C and ability X
Actually harbor is originally from Bengal residing in Mumbai, So this Bengali will do Black Magic in valorant now

Ya it was obvious they were reworking an ability. It is cascade. Even I wanted the cove to be reworked. But it is what it is
Bro if they don't change up the E as well , it won't make sense cause that smoking ability is a straight up sova recon on your head

Reworking any of his abilities just destroys him
The entire way Harbor plays from map control (and just defaults in general) in team settings is with his Cascades. You remove that and he's just less of a team-based agent. Screw the ult... this change alone puts him in a spot where he's significantly worse in organized play and STILL bad in ranked. It's just an awful change all around

if they fully removed Cascade and haven't like, completely reworked either of his other smokes to also replace it then yeah they're dumb but it's so dumb i doubt it
riot should give harbor a tablet like brim and clove to deploy his utility imo

He doesn't need global presence, he just needs similar presence as Omen. That's all he fundamentally needs to be relevant, everything else is QoL changes
The change I had drafted was that right clicking when you have the E equipped pulled up a little map around the size of KAY/O ult which you could set as the starting point of the wall (send the orb on the artifact there or something)
