I'm not that new in VLR, but now I'm trying to be a lot more active here. I've noticed that sometimes y'all throw 0's in players name like y0y or like n0ts. I'm assuming its a diss towards the players but like what does it mean pls someone tell me.

it came from counter strike, 0's are in player names for a troll/slander; in general is used to replace the vowels in the name

One thing to note is that people in CS/HLTV don't do it as much as people in VLR
They usually replace the 1 with a 0, whereas here we just do the fucking g0v0rn0r or something like that

Not exact sure of the exact origin, but at least in CS there is/was many players with numbers like 1 in their name: s1mple, dev1ce, gla1ve etc so by replacing the 1 with 0 like s0mple you devalue their name and it works as diss. But in Valorant like in other games people have just started to replace letters like A with it as well.
