realistically I don't think that is your issue on being hardstuck asc. There is probably some mechanics that you struggle with possibly but of course I have no idea. I do think it could help, comming and planning with your team might guide you to a win but sometimes, whoever has the better aim wins

just played for my colleges game tonight at 6, our team8 had to leave for work around 740 so that is a reasonable amount of time to play 2 maps then we could sub him out yk. The team we faced had a "pre-game" show which made us start around 615. We lose map 1 like 6-13 or something and the game ended around 650-655

They ask for a 5 minute break which is fine but DONT GET BACK AROUND 705-710. At this time we were like telling them we have to hurry because our player cant play. we get up like 10-7 or whatever and its time for my team8 to leave. We message admin about if we just could play out a 4v5 but we cant. they said we had to FF.

Im just ranting about this and pissed. it felt like they were stalling bc we let them know that we had to get going since he had to leave.

This is exactly what I want them to do but the president of our esports club goes "I just wouldn't have them play if they are gonna lose every map" I told him to fuck off.

I have a college team filled with iron and bronze players, (and 1 silver), and I need ideas to get them better. They are the JV team for our school and they don't even come close to winning any match. Sadly, the teams that they are facing have peak ranks like plat or diamond, and have a avg rank around gold so they are usually at a disadvantage almost every game. My goal for them is just to win one map all season. What's the best way to get them better?
