Trophies don't always represent the best teams of the year in val. No one can really make an argument that T1 is one of the best teams of the year. NRG had a strong run and won champs but they had a terrible year before Stage 2. PRX and FNC are definitely the best teams of the year. Maybe we need more tournaments for more consistent results. Then it would a lot easier to rank the best teams and players of the year.

probably because every international winner in 2025 missed 1 or 2 events as opposed to 2024 where 2/3 winners attended all 3 events that year
