At least Jett got nerfed into being balanced, viper still dominates this game and has dominated it for like 4 years
viper just fulfills a niche that other characters can't (in vct), she isn't inherently broken anymore
That niche being? Because if it’s what I’m thinking, being able to fill that niche makes her inherently broken
Her cloud smoke and molly is considered more broken it stalls enemy so much but this nerf was totally forced tbh
I don't know you cam to that conclusion but NO. The most broken part of viper's kit has always always always been her wall. It's literally part of every team's default when they play her meanwhile some teams only use the orb/molly situationally
That’s what I figured, and yea I can’t see why you don’t think that’s broken. Having global rechargeable utility that can be used at the click of one button is broken
it is broken, but only because there is only one other agent with the capacity of line smokes and he’s dogshit
i think if they wanna kill viper, they shoulda made a sentinel agent (not a controller) that fills viper's niche or lurk, info denial and stall but instead we get another ranked agent
harbor failed cause he's not even similar to viper other than having a wall and a throwable orb
Viper is like azir in league. The champ design just works so well in pro play that you can nerf it a million times until its piss useless in ranked but it will still be meta in pro play.
