because its the only region where t2 isnt dead and its constantly producing quantity and quality of talent XD, it was just a matter of time before EMEA got their shit together post franchise since the talent was there but orgs were just retarded and built dogshit teams
always was the best region itw with the best players and the most amount of top tier talent, EMEA orgs just sabotaged themselves by creating awful rosters in the first year of franchise so the region needed a bit of time to rebuild but the talent was always there its just that incompetent GMs built t1 teams that would have struggled even in t2 lmfao
