Brawk life game won so many rounds for them that will NEVER happen again. + a lack of prep in general.
You don’t know how I feel. Brawk having a life game is objectively correct and YOU know that. But if you wanna act like it wasn’t we can. A week of prep is very misleading. Prepping and prepping for your opponent are two different things. Prepping and still getting outplayed is also different. It’s very clear Sen didn’t know how to play around the Odin. There was only 3 instances where they looked like they knew how NRG wanted to play around round.
brawk is +66 in the 3 games nrg have been in the lowers. +16 +20 +30. unless he has 3 lives or something idk what to say. yes this game was his best but acting like he will never replicate it when we have seen him do just that in the lowers is wrong. i agree with your second point though, the distinction is important and sen did have less prep for nrg as a team.
If nrg winning bc brawk had a life game was true, then sen wouldnt have gotten their asses pumped on multiple maps. Brawk wasnt winning them rounds, the whole team was. Brawk was playing well, but if sentinels cant win bc one player is playing slightly better than usual, its completely on them. It was a team diff, nrg prepped for sen and completely antid them, whereas sen looked like a fish out of water. NRG >>>> S0n
Good thing I never said that…? Unlike you I have to functioning brain cells and don’t just put zeros in names. Like I said Brawk had a life game won them several rounds AND Sen lacked any real game plan against them. Hence nrg abusing odins and Sen’s retakes. It shows a lack of depth in understanding NRG and is exactly why “playing your own game” is not a good objective philosophy. A combination of these two things was the problem which is fine as one isn’t very replicable and the other is relatively easy to fix. NRG is clearly a good team.
