Most players need time to adjust, same thing happened with alexiiik on Navi and he’s starting to fry now
yeah, people were judging him too early in kickoff cuz he's now like one of the top players globally
though alexiik isn't really frying (like he sold on corrode)
Off map, he dominated every other map and corrode is also fucking horrendous to play entry duelist on
none of thrm are salesmen, that was mostly bad plants, when they shudve gone for a corner plant they didnt, and when they shudve, last player standing was heaven how is that alexiiik's fault :(

This is also a bit of revisionist history. Derke most certainly did not bring them back 3-11 “single-handedly”. Alfajer was 16-5 in the second half of that game and the rest of the squad turned up too.
Definitely, PRX were just the better team that day. The map bans also made a big difference

I don't anyone saying that meant it as a slight against Kaajak, Derke is one of the best players of all time, but anyone who watched APEKS knew Kaajak was going to be insane once he got comfortable.

FNC wouldn't have lost 2 Grand Finals in a row with Derke. Derke would've dragged FNC past the finish line in at least one of them. No hate to Kaajak but Derke has been doing this since the game started.
