I've been watching Sentinels players stream EU ranked games for 2-3 days now. Their teammates are so much more toxic compared to any other server I have experienced. They keep getting hate from diamond players even though they don't use streamer mode and everyone knows who they are.
Their normal streams in NA servers are much more fun and wholesome.
EU much more toxic than NA I can say with surety now.
(I'm not biased towards either NA or EU because I belong to neither of them)

Like I told, it's not a problem of the entire server. A lot of players are good people, but it's the 10% of negative people that get noticed. These 10% will be present in every server but it'll be hard to find these people.
in NA all the players playing in high level are the same, they speak the same language, they are from the same country, they have the same standards. According to that if you start to be toxic in NA, you are getting called out and it is no good for you, so people keep the hate to themselves there.
EU is much more diverse, because of the difference between countries and languages, it is not that personal as NA is in my oppinion, so people don't really watch their language what they say to others...
