BBL’s current coach marqnue was a content creator for FUT and BBL wanted to buy him out as a coach but FUT kept giving BBL unfair prices (according to BBL’s owner) even though he wanted to go to BBL and WTCN made this public after that there was a whole thing with FUT’s coach Gais publicly saying BBL doesn’t pay players after BBL owner made fun of FUT for getting by 100T (all the players were eventually paid but it took them longer than it should have) also Turkish culture in sports creates big rivalry

NGL I am kinda happy it went to Ascent. There was an "If Xeus didn't sleep, FUT would have won" narrative going on about their group stage match among some fans. They got to showcase their strength nicely.

Yeah I agree. they're rivalry was so much worse when BBL had all turkish roaster but now fans are more confident and patience bc of the foreign people in BBL and they dont make so much pressure on them
