does nrg care?

they invest so much in good pieces but every time their teams have all fallen to shit. there is zero passion or energy in this organization and it sucks the life out of everyone in it

nrg is probably the most cookie cutter organization in all of north america; no originality, their logo is just their org name, their content is ridiculously mid, and all they do is try to buy their way to the top and act surprised when throwing money at the best players in the world don’t work

their job is simply to buy out great players and staff, and the rest they just leave for teams to respond. nrg as an org is barely more than the name the players rep in matches

it genuinely seems as if the organization itself simply doesn’t care. how can they consistently get great players and fumble bag so hard every time? i mean it when i say they this organization to sell their spot towards a team that is actually passionate about the space they’re in

Not really. Bringing back FNS or making Ethan igl has red flags written all over it. The mistakes they make are predictable and are in spirit of gambling. Hope it goes well type shit. They need to actually invest in good proven players

they were good in 2023 because the optic core had so much momentum coming into the year
they've ruined 4/5 of optic, 2/5 of eg, s0m, ardiis, chet, and bonkar

verno and mada were top tier 2 prospects and nrg failed to develop them; verno looks miles better on mibr and mada is way too inconsistent

i don’t care if they don’t do shitty practices, if thats the case then the bar is in the seventh ring of hell. it is very clear that the org simply doesn’t care about esports outside of profit and name recognition, buying out good names and throwing them on the pitch. they deserve to fail

you say this as if NRG was personally killing them, the only negative thing we've heard about NRG management (if this can even be considered negative) is from marved, and it was him being entitled.

if you're gonna hate NRG management for dropping verno you should hate everyone that's on the team now too cause that was clearly their decision. the org picks up good players and gives them what they want (which might be the issue but that's another thing), what more do you want them to do? you think the org management being passionate will somehow make the team better? KC and KOI management are passionate about winning and they've never achieved shit
