in tier 2 bro you can do a simple eye test find a crazy team which has atleast 4 good aimers and then keep noting whoever they face if one of their opponent has a guy who can diff them all there you go you have a crazy talent.
Kush, Jemkin, Kr1stal I knew all of them are crazy since I saw them in ascension same for Freeing, Rarga and Udotan

Need to get into the season a bit for that. Need to see how some of these players perform when it's pressure time to qualify for Ascensions. There is a big gap between who perform now and who perform in VCL split 2. You gotta go for the split 2 players.
