Envy is overrated

i know a lot of people that have watched FMAB may agree with me here, but i think Envy is definitely the weakest out of all he homonculi in the series but he still gets the most screen time. like Lust and even Gluttony are way more powerful in my opinion but Lust just seems to leave the show so early when she’s way more powerful. Envy even gets bested by humans like 5 times idek how that happens if you’re such a powerful homonculi like Envy is played off to be; Envy should not be a main antagonist imo but let me know your opinion if you watched the show

slight spoilers
but that shows how good of a manipulator he was. may's entire goal in the show was to get immortality to save her clan or else they would fade away and die out. She finally got that chance to save her people, she threw it away due to envy convincing her to let him go. He single handedly not only talked himself out of the situation but also made may completely fuck her entire clan, and that's not the worst thing envy has done in the show. it's only thanks to ling's kindness at the end of the show that saved may's clan.
