They have 2 players who's ceiling is best in the world, Shao and Suygetsu
Shao even has the highest peak out of any Valorant pro player ever, Suy can get there too.

Ange1 inting is obviously a huge question mark surrounding the team. Ardiis do sum for me.

Ardiis at the moment is VERY underrated. Flexible player who can play multiple agents at a high level.

Zyppan is literally the most underrated player in the world. Was a top 3 flex not so long ago, and people treat him as a mediocre player. NAVI's ceiling is potentially winning masters if they gel, and Ange1 stops inting. FNC and VIT will be formidable opponents tho. Don't really see Americas or APAC as a threat #AheadOfTheCurve

VIT, FNC are the undisputed top 2 as of now. If NAVI can challenge them, they're automatically in that same convo for top 2 teams itw.

NAVI are a great team (minus ange1 inting), but other teams have hit higher peaks/have insane potential like PRX, FNC, LEV, NRG. i'd say ranking them top 10 makes more sense

I agree with your assessment of Shao and SUYGETSU, as well as Zyppan to a degree, but i think ardiis hard caps this team unfortunately. even though he can play off-roles in comps where Zyppan gets to play raze, his flexibility is not much special outside of chamber and KAYO. i also do not think he is a world-class jett at this point in the game anymore

Saying Shao's ceiling is the best player in the world is like saying Tenz's ceiling is the best player in the world. Yeah technically, but that brother hasn't grazed that ceiling in like, over a year. Genuine question, IIRC, the best result these guys got last year was 3/4th at Lock-In. They otherwise never did better. What, over the off-season, made them leapfrog the teams that won tournaments, and did better than them? Ardiis? Really?

One step at a time. Focus on winning EMEA first.

I think on the team as a whole, zyppan deserves way more praise than he gets. Been running a fantasy league with my friends and my biggest regret is not choosing Zyppan over Suygetsu or Shao. Obviously they are great players but they typically flip on who’s having the big day and who’s having a slower day. Zyppan just seems to show up every single match though. Man’s consistency is impressive.
