Wdym its all seeding. T1 and drx was 3rd and 2nd they cant be in the same group and GENG ended up with PRX. But not sure how DRX got DFM. Nvm found the seeding it all makes sense now idk why u think its rigged

I guess it was something like this - they split all the teams in 4 pools due to 2023 VCT League standings and Champions results
pool 1: PRX (1, BYE), DRX (2), T1 (3)
pool 2: ZETA (4), GenG (5), TS (6)
pool 3: RRQ (7), GE (8), TLN (9)
pool 4: DFM (10), BLEED (Asc)

and then we got the groups
group A: T1 (pool 1), ZETA (pool 2), GE (pool 3), BLEED (pool 4)
group B: DRX (pool 1), TS (pool 2), TLN (pool 3), DFM (pool 4)
group C: PRX (pool 1, BYE), GenG (pool 2), RRQ (pool 3)

and the first matchups is pool 1 teams vs pool 4 teams and pool 2 teams vs pool 3 teams
