Why cant players do well after team switching

Is there a single player who went from one world class team to another team and actually still played well?

EDIT: nats and chronicle are the only exception the rule i guess

but i guess ethan moved from 100t to nrg to eg so probably him who did do well

Sometimes the chemistry just don't work between players. Ig it could probably be compared to moving into a new location of residence. Sometimes it just isn't the same.

sScary carry bleed in ascension. Still one of the best controller in the game. PRX knows how good he is.

The environment and atmosphere on their previous team, and new team is completely different.

But there are those who still played well or even better.

I don't think this is the case at all. There are way more transfer success stories than transfer fail stories. But everyone just likes to focus on the fail stories cause "y0y funny haha"
