OT system

Don't you think the overtime system in valorant is a little messed up?
Maybe it works in ranked, but in pro play, deciding the outcome of the game based on 2 rounds is not it, doing something like CS with 4 or 6 rounds is definitely more righteous, and I'm not someone who came from CS and got used to that system, i only started watching CS like a year ago while I'm a valorant fan since 2020.

I like the 2 rounds, forces everyone to play peak Valorant or lose

I agree, I think OT should have that pressure.

Games would last way too long if it worked like CS

The two rounds in OT is usually the best part of the game (like ardiis 1v3 clutch vs drx)

If anything we should be talking about the draw system i hate that it asks for only 1 player to draw the game and re split is also horrible you shouldn't get 0 rr for spending an hour plus on that game

I think it makes the game much more interesting to watch. If the game is close enough to go to OT, a lot of it comes down to small details and a ton of luck anyway.

In football/soccer penalty shootouts, if it's still drawn after the first 5, they also do one shot per team until one team scores and the other doesn't. At that point it's just decided by nerves and luck anyway, so why drag it out even longer than it needs to.
