Who will be the stand out rookies of 2024? My rookie definition: Can't have played in Tier 1 from Champions 2023 and beyond. Off season doesn't count, and neither do stand-in games in Tier 1. Doesn't matter how long you've played the game either. These are my Top 3 from each region besides China (Idk enough about the region to make that list):

Americas - Oxy, eeiu, and johnqt

EMEA - tomaszy, n4rrate, and runneR

Pacific: Egoist, polvi, and xccurate
