Bruh Valorant is 3 years old, in 2021 ALL Val players were ex CS pros. Almost like orgs had nothing to go off when signing new players except their reputation in other games. Every year, the number of ex-CS pros is decreasing, and it becomes blatantly obvious that the players that didn't come from CS (Demon1, Less, Alfa, etc) all have way higher ceilings.
