Im not EDG fan, but I feel that EDG has clearly reached the point of overwork.
This game schedule is hardly the off-season.They must be exhausted from all travel.
It's like a pro tennis tour.

Good thing it’s their job and China pays their players really well.

Imagine telling your job “ I can’t work well today because I have had to work all year.”

That is true, but that’s also a mental thing.

I think edg suffers from playing lower level competition so they get a little more complacent.

They don’t have the hunger because they are so used to being the best. Even at champions they over performed.

Hopefully this is a wake up call for them.

they def have the hunger to be the best but when ur playing matches every week for 14 months straight when other teams sit back and relax and get to vod review everything u do is kinda hard to beat any team that are above average in terms of talent

edg management should realize playing in every damn tournament available with no stop isnt the way to become the best

I have always been a fan of nonstop practice and and tournaments, but I understand it might not be the best for everyone.

I went to college on a gymnastics scholarship and was nationally ranked and I basically never took a break for about 10 years.

However, your point about footage is probably true. Edg plays to much to really bring out something new and maybe a break to reset and come up with some fresh stuff would be good for them.

we saw how kru suddenly win lcq after having a mental reset spending time wif family etc etc a mental reset for edg would do wonders for them

if u would know of what CS and dota players go through u would be surprised lol. this isnt that big of a deal. EDG just arent used to this format but later or sooner they will get used to it

this should be normal, they had 10 days without matches before this tournament. If you look the spacing bewtween the other tournaments they had 19,6,12 and 10 days of "rest". The problem is the amount of hours they put in the pracc per day and work in weekend.
