yes they do ? like 35% of koreans can speak and understand english fluently and like another 20% can speak it some and understand it fine and etc, i’m not saying they know english like an American or European would… but basic words are all you need.

If they wanted to do a reserve roster then why tf would they import a player instead of getting tier 2-3 korean players? It's most likely a 6 man roster with one sub, 7 man roster, or 5 man roster with 2 subs with rossy starting which are all shitty moves.

wdym every single player from t1 used to play on NA or another english speaking roster c9 xeta, the guard sayaplayer, izu played on jadeite which commed on english xccurate played on tyloo cs, maybe the only questionable one is k1ng but i think he also knows english

That's false. That would be true a couple decades ago but English subject has been in their curriculum for a long time now and with the rise of internet they're much more exposed to the language. Trust me most Koreans might speak broken English but their understanding of it is much higher than their speaking proficiency

"Everyone speaks English" applies only to countries like Sweden or NL where their native language is similar enough to English+these countries don't have much content made in their native languages, Korea is not like that at all, avg Korean probably has A2 level at best.
