Not exactly. They need 3 regional players, LTR, how they're technically called. There are 2 options that make you LTR, you either are a resident/citizen of Spain, or you have played 2 consecutive splits in the league. Insider and Bisk are both, residents and have played 2 splits, dimaxx I don't think he's resident but has played 2 splits. So yes, they have enough regional players to compete
