I had a friend who would not go out of bronze but used to do very well. He was a laptop player and told it wouldn't be as consistent.
Once he played on a proper PC he reached plat.

thats true i cannot say much just from tracker. but also you dont have a lot of games this act. more games will mean more data making it consistent. Your chamber should get entry as an AWP. And you are not being held back your stats are probably in the middle of players in your rank. you need to actually carry to be "held back"
