Nah heal should be bought and slow orbs should be rechargeable in 30s and only 2

What do you mean back to 100, it was never at 100, it used to be 60
The problem Sage has is that once all her util is gone, shes basically worthless(yes, the heal is good in SOME situations, when you need to heal someone, but if we compare it to a Skye flash, a Breach stun or even a Cypher cam, its value is most of the time lower than most of the other mentioned abilities, you can 4-stack the other side just bc a cam gives you free info at the start of a round f.e.). Like someone else here said, i would swap the heal and the slow orb. The slow is soooo much more useful, and it would give her much more impact mid- and late-round. The util she possesses is good, the wall is annoying and needs a lot of bullets, and the slows are also pretty damn great, anyone who has run into a slow-nade combo on Split can confirm that.
She only has 2 slows and 1 wall though, once these things are thrown out, its over. This swaparound would likely change that.

Sage problem in my opinion is that she doesn't have a specific advantage (skye has a better heal and viper stalls better and a viper skye combo is very popular and very strong) maybe swap skye and sage heals or take a molly from viper and increase duration of the other one or maybe both
make her slow orbs explode on contact and do 250 damage within a radius of 10 meters
