Once has proven allegations, the other has allegations that have not been proven.

If we're talking technically what pancc is accused of is not a crime, so it is a different case. Plus Sinatra was suspended for not collaborating with an open investigation. I don't think it's the same situation, none of the 2 should be picked up in my opinion and let's not even talk about ntk

So you’re telling me it’s not a crime in Brazil?

Why are you defending disgusting behavior

i am not defending anything, it is factually not a crime in most of the world, though i agree it is morally wrong.
you just seemed surprised and singled out brazil for some reason, when the USA is actually in a pretty unique place when it comes to child protection laws(again, not saying it's bad, i wish brazil's laws for age of consent were drastically different)

#14

Age of consent is apparently 14 not 16 in Brazil

Actually It can, i do law.

If both are underage and with full consent with eachother, there is no configuration in rape because there is no disposition of Power.

Brazilian law is disgusting in this aspect for me, actually the society is disgusting whatsoever, it's practually pedo institucionalized in the poorest reagions like Favelas, like this type of music:

I'm not a lawyer, but this comes directly from Brazil's '"Code of Minors" (translated):

"Art. 240. Producing, reproducing, directing, photographing, filming or recording, by any means, an explicit or pornographic sex scene, involving a child or adolescent: (As amended by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

Penalty – imprisonment, from 4 (four) to 8 (eight) years, and fine. (Wording given by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

§ 1 Anyone who arranges, facilitates, recruits, coerces, or in any way mediates the participation of children or adolescents in the scenes referred to in the caput of this article, or even anyone who acts alongside them, incurs the same penalties. (Wording given by Law No. 11,829, of 2008).

Art. 241-D. Enticing, harassing, instigating or embarrassing, through any means of communication, a child, with the aim of committing a lewd act with them: (Included by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

Penalty – imprisonment, from 1 (one) to 3 (three) years, and fine. (Included by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

Single paragraph. The same penalties apply to anyone who: (Included by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

I – facilitates or induces children to access material containing explicit or pornographic sex scenes with the aim of carrying out libidinous acts with them; (Included by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

II – practices the conduct described in the caput of this article with the aim of inducing children to display themselves in a pornographic or sexually explicit manner. (Included by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)

Art. 241-E. For the purposes of the crimes provided for in this Law, the expression “explicit or pornographic sex scene” includes any situation involving a child or adolescent in explicit sexual activities, real or simulated, or display of the genitals of a child or adolescent for primarily sexual purposes. (Included by Law No. 11,829, of 2008)"

Based on my understanding (maybe something was lost in translation), it seems like attempting to have a child/ adolescent (under 18) provide explicit images is, in fact, illegal.

If you are above 18, yes It is.

Like i've stated in the comment above. #29

In fact, If Pancc was 18 or above when comitted the crime, he's a pedo.

It doesn't work like that, It is considered if less than 15.
15 or more is not considered at all, but if less than 18 he cannot record or save or do anything like that. (It's only legal IRL, not on Internet)
The crime he was going to commit was "harassment" or "Importunity" if he sent something like that to that girl, but since he didn't.

The one who claimed that was another girl, not the one who made the allegations

According to Brazil's "Child and Adolescent Statute", an adolescent is someone aged 13-18 years, so I'm not sure why the age of consent is relevant here. This is regarding attempts to induce minors to provide explicit images

Did Riot suspend Sinatraa for committing SA, or did they suspend him for not complying with an investigation? From what has been made public, Sinatraa is allowed to compete now, it's just that no one wants to pick up a player with the allegations lingering around them, who if we're being honest, isn't an upgrade for any teams. The only difference is that The Union decided that they would pick up a player with a bad history because it might give them a chance of winning (Which I disagree with btw).

she was 15 when they met bro virtually, when it happened she was 16 he 21-22, also i'm not saying thats creepy because he NEVER insisted on it. When she rejected him he just accepted and chill. He asked this as they BOTH flirted.
The girl literally hit on him and used the excuse that she was doing it to "test" to see how far he would go, thats bs excuse to clear her side and come out as innocent.
both fault, not only pancc.

pls use ur brain hooman

If you get hit on as a college aged person by a 16 year old, your first thought should not be to engage with the behavior. There's a pretty serious disparity in maturity between a 16 year old and a 22 year old, regardless of legal status

#31
SEN_brasileiros
-3
Frags
+

nah bro, brazil is not US where there's a huge disparity maturity between 16 and 22, 16 and 22 people here frequent the same environment, parties, etc. It's not the same in the USA.
I know in US someone 16 would hardly met someone older, but in Brazil is just too common these things and there is no difference between freshmen and things like that in the USA.

I'm not defending him, I just said that that the girl has some fault too because she really knew what she was doing, flirting, and in the end she just said that "It was a test" as an excuse.
Now, if she hadn't been flirting with him and he had asked that and if he has the only one to take initiative, then yes, I would consider it wrong.

"we don't like pedophiles over here."

That line is quite ironic considering the rates.
some states of the us have over 500 pedophiles per 100k habitants.
