The situation later saw EJAY leave the team in July of the same year.
Rex Regum Qeon had minimal success in VCT Philippines with their best third-place finish in Stage 2: Challengers 2022. The organization was accepted to the Pacific Partnership league for 2023, with their new roster consisting of EJAY continuing his role as duelist. Following an early exit from LOCK//IN in the first round of the group stage, RRQ competed in the Pacific League, where they once again fell short of qualifying for playoffs. Their final tournament for the year would be the Pacific LCQ, where they finished fourth place after losing to Gen.G Gen.G Korea Rank #4 .
