Rex Regum Qeon had minimal success in VCT Philippines with their best third-place finish in Stage 2: Challengers 2022. The organization was accepted to the Pacific Partnership league for 2023, with their new roster consisting of EJAY continuing his role as duelist. Following an early exit from LOCK//IN in the first round of the group stage, RRQ competed in the Pacific League, where they once again fell short of qualifying for playoffs.
