Tokyo definitely looked like they were extremely nervous (except atakaptan, he looked pretty comfortable tbh). I mean they only played tier 2 until last year, can't blame em. I think their potential is much higher than what they showed in Tokyo. I think they have good chances to make it out of groups, but probably not much more than that tbh (unless they get a really lucky draw in playoffs)

i mean it was their first and they did not have any experience outside of emea before (lock/in was weird and nobody knew what the fuck was going on so its hard to count it), their map pool was their biggest issue and if they have addressed it, (i think the guard pearl comp could work rlly good for them and help that become a strong map bc qraxs is a kayo one trick), and they finally started banning split which helps bc they were so much worse on split than fracture , I hope they will make it but hard to know for sure until we see them #futwin

idk if you understand the term "better" but when it isnt clear which is the better team you say "any of these 2 teams could get playoffs" because they play on the same group, and the clearest thing is that eg is better than both rn and they are clearly favourites to get playoffs over fut and t1 because this isnt a rng game.

I feel like FUT was super nervous during Masters since none of the players on that team ever played on a stage like the one in Tokyo and hopefully they will come back looking better
