no, it is because on the roster papers that EG had to send regarding their roster for tokyo (if they made it), they did not include demon1 on there, rather bcj. thus if they make it, bcj has to play.
surely riot will just update those roster papers? riot aren't dumb, they know about their own roster change windows.
Demon1 even explained it too, hes not gonna be able to play due to visa stuff
