Fair, had they shown dominance in that match I'd feel a bit relaxed but as of now APAC seems shaky
ZETA - if they stop being stubborn with their roster
GenG - need more experience (beside meteor and k1Ng)
T1 - kick carpe out (i really dont think he deserve a spot on a franchise team)
GE - still unknown but they have potential, i think all they need is dedicated coaching staff
Talon looks promising...
Other than RRQ, Never seen the others play so idk... :/ (DRX is gonna qual for playoffs tho)

All of them have at least 25% chance to beat their opponent except for geng and TS. Well maybe not T1 too.

BBL aint as bad as you think lmao. Just because they're one of the weaker in EMEA doesnt mean they are trash. DRX could very well win their other matches consistently and go far in the tournament.
Geng Zeta Talon, atleast one of them can win 1 series
The rest unsure especially RRQ and GE
DRX last hope. for the rest, I can see some of them win their first game, but highly doubt they'll win after that
